Custom Orders
We are more then happy to create something special for you! Just email us through to us a detailed description of what you are after, inculding colours, shades and patterns, and we will work with you to create that special piece! Our customisation fee starts at $1 per piece (or pair for hair ties and clips) depending on how intricate the design is and products needed. Our first email response will confirm when we could do it for you aswell as a final price.
Want something from out collection just with a different colour or pattern? Easy! Again email us through what you are after and we'll arrange it for you! In these cases we do not charge a customisation fee.
Ordering & Postage
We currently have our range over at our FaceBook Page. Under each image of the items we have added discriptions, item codes and prices. You'll also find our email listed within the descriptions. All of our new collection is available!! We ask that you email your final order to us, info@black-sanity.net, and we respond to you as soon as possible.
Our prefered method of payment is PAYPAL. It protects everyone! Although we can offer a bank transfer if you don't have a pay pal account.
When ordering we need the following information supplied to us:
- All the item you wish to purchase
- How you wish to pay
- Your name, postal address and email (if paying by paypal we need your email that is linked to your paypal account so we can invoice you)
Postage & Handling:
We aim to keep our postage and handling cost as low as possible. Our postage chargesfor Australia wide shipping are as follows:
- 1-3 Items: $2 AU
- 4-6 Items: $4 AU
- 7+ Items: $6.50 AU
We will post internationally, for a quote email us ^_^
