Shipping Times and Costs
Black-Sanity; Art & Craft is an Australian business, and all orders are filled and shipped from Australia using the Australian Postal service. Orders are generally sent within 1-3 business days (exc. West Australian public holidays) of the order and payment being received. Shipping cost is a flat $6.00 which is added in the shopping cart at final purchase. Shipping is only within Australia.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
The Black-Sanity; Art & Craft team makes sure that great care is taken in packaging every order to protect each item within it, and guarantees that no item will leave the shop in less-than-perfect condition. However, even the best packaging can be damaged with rough treatment through the postal system. Black-Sanity; Art & Craft cannot take responsibilty for orders once they have been posted and it is strongly suggested that you send your quiries to your local postal service should your order get lost in the post, or you receive mistreated goods as these items can not be refunded.
On rare occassions, mistakes can be made with orders; be it a missing item, or the wrong item. Should you encounter one of these situations please contact Lisa-Marie and Katrina and we will do our best to sort it out for you.
